Angels Envy Wine Dinner

Tapastrie will be teaming up with Bourbon & Rye Distiller Angels Envy for a one of a kind dining experience. Angels Envy Ambassador and Indianapolis mixologist Jason Foust will prepare unusual whiskey cocktails while our own Sommelier Tom Welsh will oversee the wine. Our Chefs have created a beautiful 5-course companion dinner.

Charred Peach & Cabernet En Croute with Blueberry White Balsamic Gastrique.

Mesquite Charred Corn Cioppino in Whiskey Cream, Lobster Claw, Top Neck Clam, Wild Striped Bass, and Smoked Popcorn.

Grilled Radicchio & Frisee, Red Lentils, Chicharones, Radish, Praline Pecans with Smoked Bourbon-Apple Vinaigrette.

Spanish Barbecue Glazed April Spareribs & Plantains Au Gratin, Grilled Broccolini, Whiskey Mornay

Bourbon Butter Pecan Gelato, Cookie Cone &Espresso Caramel Sauce
